What's wrong with web development?

Web development is a good idea.

• You can make a site or an app that anyone can use.
• It can look and act however you want.
• You don't need anyone's approval to share your stuff, or even to charge money.
• You can make it with a free text editor and use it with a browser. Everyone has a text editor and a browser. You can also use super cool special tools.
• You can make something just for you, or you can let others use it. If others use it, it's a lot more fun.
• You can make it yourself or, nowadays, say what you want and a robot will help make it.

When does web development go wrong?

• When you make it too complicated.
• When you never stop designing it.
• When you're too worried about other people stealing it.
• When you have a patent and a trademark but no website.
